Choose a task to get started.
Upload an existing pool (JSON), or start from scratch.
The JSON must be in the format this editor exports — a list of question objects. The simplest way to get a valid file is to build a pool here and use “Save JSON & continue”.
Each type can hold several variants; one variant is drawn per type per
exam. Points are set per type — every variant of a type is worth the same. Each question
is a LaTeX snippet (just the body — no \documentclass or
\begin{document}). Available in the preamble are, among others,
graphicx (\includegraphics), amsmath,
listings (\lstinputlisting), tikz, and
enumitem.
Files your questions reference by name — images for \includegraphics,
or .txt for \lstinputlisting (e.g. R output). They are sent with the
exam request and discarded afterwards.
Customize the cover page. Everything else in the template stays fixed.
Sets the fixed wording in the template — page headers (“Exam”/“Question”/“Points”), “Exam No.”, the extra-page label, and the do-not-write notice. The fields you fill in below are used exactly as written.
Tip: enter Mock Exam here instead of a date for a mock exam.
Leave empty to omit this line entirely.
Full LaTeX source for the “Please be aware of the following rules…” block, including the itemize list.
Tick the types to include; mark any as Bonus (placed last, printed as “Bonus”).
Upload the scanned exam PDF(s). Multiple files are merged automatically. Pages are sorted by question, and a page list is produced for grading.
Limit: up to ~250 MB total and ~2500 pages across all files.
